Description:
All changes since the previous merge except for r5688 (named wrapper
functions) which would require support from es53.js, and r5689 and r5690
(which were a mistaken commit and reversion of it).
The merge command was
svn merge -c 5691,5692 ^/trunk
and there were no conflicts.
