webdriver

As of right now (r5694) on a Mac on Firefox (32.0), test-scan-guest is
immensely slow (many minutes) when run with 'ant runtests', but only 20
seconds when running in a normal Firefox instance.
This suggests that something about our use of webdriver, or webdriver
itself, is slowing things down.
