New issue 1965 by erights: Fix up github-based stack urls like we fix up
code.google stack urls

useHTMLLogger.js, when presenting a stack in html, fixes up the urls for
code.google source urls so that they actually take you to a page with the
correct line highlighted. It would be nice for it to do so for github as
well, when the stack url points into the rawgit service.
