Hello Cody, I'm glad you managed to solve your issue! I'm still wondering why your start and end times where URL encoded. Was it from the libraries you are using? Also, I noticed that you are using the "If-match: *" header; if possible, I would advise against using that if possible and always provide the relevant etag.
