Hey there from the Google Calendar team. Selling an application based on the Calendar API is fine -- the only thing we don't want people to do is to resell the calendar application ITSELF (e.g., iframe calendar.google.com into some other application and charge for it). You're welcome to use our APIs and the embedded HTML view in a commercial venture.
