Yes, I covered that in my previous email already (translation). It's a minor issue. Google can do this translation once or it can force everyone using the api to do the translation. It's obviously better to have the code in one place, but if Google wants everyone else to translate to/from minutes then that's that. Perhaps a feature request is better word than bug. I chose bug because by design it's not the same as iCalendar and therefore becomes just one more of those things you have to handle to integrate Google with other open standards based products.
