atomentry.cs is in the core (cs/src/core).

As i said above, I did not implement this yet on the .NET side of things, but if you take the isDraft example in atomentry.cs and modify this to emmit the correct xml as outlined above, this should work fine.

Let me know if you have any trouble following this, and i see where i can help.
