Hello,

Currently an event is labeled "canceled" when it is deleted. There is
no "deleted" status. I think there should be a status "deleted" as
well. For instance a meeting can be scheduled and then canceled and
that should be marked in everyones calendars as "canceled". However an
event can for instance have been created in error (and never published
in any way) and needs to be marked as "deleted". Note that this event
should still not be truly deleted since that messes with
synchronizations.

IMO there should (for development and testing purposes) also be able to
truly delete events. For development against Google Calendar now the
only way to get a truly clean start is to create another account.

Above is as far as I understand how things works.
