Hello GiantsFanMann11, Times are communicated to the calendar servers in xs:dateTime format with UTC offsets. The UTC offset changes between summer & winter under the daylight savings system. For example, Pacific Daylight Time is UTC-7, while Pacific Standard Time is UTC-8.
