Hello GiantsFanMann11,

Times are communicated to the calendar servers in xs:dateTime format
with UTC offsets. The UTC offset changes between summer & winter under
the daylight savings system. For example, Pacific Daylight Time is
UTC-7, while Pacific Standard Time is UTC-8.

See: http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#dateTime

Are you using one of the client libraries (.NET, Java, etc), or are you
writing raw http requests?

Cheers,

-Ryan
