Hi Derek,

I'm not aware of such an error. There are 403 forbidden errors which
result from not having permissions to a feed (ie the user has read-only
privs instead of read-write privs to the feed), but I'm not sure of an
error stating 'work forbidden.' Is this the actual text you received
back from us in the body of the response? Do you know what the
corresponding error code was with this response?

Depending on that information, it might be helpful to know whether the
user is trying to enter appointments into their own calendar, or a
calendar owned by another account. If owned by another account, they
should verify that they have the appropriate 'make changes' or 'make
changes and manage sharing' permissions.

Cheers,

-Ryan

We have a user who is reporting success reading Appointments into our
application but receives a "workforbidden" error when trying to author
new appointments and write back to GCal. Can I get some insight into
what factors would be at play to generate this error?

Thanks,
