Hello Raj, In general, the API will not provide functionality which is not available via the UI. Users cannot currently edit and delete comments through the UI.
That being said.. the DELETE functionality does appear to work fine through the API -- I was able to add a comment via the UI and delete it through the API (with a successful 200 response code). What issues did you have?
