>From the documentation:

To find your calendar's "magic cookie" feed URL:
1. In the list of calendars on the left side of the page, find the
calendar you want to interact with. You can create a new calendar for
this purpose if you want to.
2. Click the arrow button to the right of the calendar. Select
"Calendar settings" from the drop-down menu. The Calendar Details page
appears.
3. Scroll down to the Private Address section. There are two buttons;
select the XML button. The feed URL appears.
...
The feed URL has the following form:
http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/userID/private-magicCookie/basic
--------
I've created a non-public calendar in Google Apps. The calendar
settings page has no Private Address section. It has a "Calendar
Address" section that has 3 buttons, not 2. And the XML feed URL does
not have that form. It is
http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/user%40domain.com/public/basic.
The URL is inoperable because the calendar is not shared.

Why does the documentation not match the application (no Private
Address section)? Why does the URL not work even if I change it to be
in the form listed in the documentation? In short, what the heck?
