Hi Yamamo,

I haven't used the method you mentioned of getting access to the raw
XmlDocument, but everything else (re the AuthSub setup) looks fine.

I would need information on the actual user accounts in order to
investigate this further.  If you wish, you can send the e-mail
addresses for the user(s) to me privately and I can look into the
accounts.  Also, does this problem always occur for these users, or
only occasionally?
