Does this mean, that instead of exdate's being in the gd:recurrence
tag, I will get an extra event that has gd:originalEvent set, even if
I have singleevents=false (which is the default)? That dosen't seem
right. If you take EXDATE's out of the gd:recurrence, then they should
be added as gd:recurrenceExceptions but not as an extra event.
