Hi Dimon,

The Calendar meta feed is currently a list of all of the calendars
which the user is subscribed to, including both those they own and
those they have other levels of access to.  The meta feed gives the
user's access level (gCal:accesslevel) to each calendar, so this
information may be enough to solve your problem.  See
http://code.google.com/apis/calendar/reference.html#gcal_reference for
more information.

However, there can be multiple owners of a calendar and there is
currently no way to distinguish an owner from the creator of a
calendar.  So you won't be able to tell the difference between a
calendar that a user created and a calendar that a was shared with a
user who was granted ownership.
