through each one, but you need to be careful. When events are deleted
using the Calendar data API, they are marked as cancelled and not
removed immediately. As a result, if you repeatedly add and remove a

Developers creating calendar sync applications have run into this
problem in the past when they remove all events and then add new
ones. The recommended method is to only process changes in events.
