So just to clarify, one of you is using .NET, the other java clients, and
both are broken with an auth error today?

I will forward this internally, i have no clue what's going on right  now...

Update: it seems to be that there is a datacenter upgrade (i don't have the
details) and so some servers are down for a couple of hours. I do assume for
now that this explains the issue.
