Greetings,

           This may be something to consider, but is the iframe you've
placed the calendar link displaying properly.  You could try setting
the src to a known valid address, such as www.google.com and then view
it in IE.  If the frame comes up in the proper place and everything
looks good then you can confirm that it has something to do with the
calendar API otherwise you just have to tweak some styling in your
document to help IE display the frame correctly.
