.NET Client Library can not support consecutively redirection.
How about changing code as follows ?

catch (GDataRedirectException re)
{
base.Reset();
this.TargetUri = new Uri(re.Location);
// CopyRequestData(); <--- ORIGINAL

this.Execute(iRetrying); <--- MY SUGGESTION
}
