The URI was wrong, so google returned an error - sorry I can't
remember remember what it was. I changed the

calendar.SelfUri.ToString() into calendar.Links[0].AbsoluteUri;

Im quite sure this isn't the correct way to get the URI for posting...
even if it does work. How does everyone else get the URI for posting,
from the calendar-feed?
