I have a question about AclScope.Type.DOMAIN. I do have a domain that
is Apps enabled. I need clarification on "all users with an email in
the domain". Does this mean every user with a paid email account using
the Apps email OR can it be anyone with an email in the domain
regardless if that email is enabled with Apps?
