Philipp, that's what OggSync (for Outlook) does as well.

The weekend that the new API was released, we added support for
remembering all the alarms except for the closest Pop-Up alarm, and we
actually sync that one to Outlook (with the limitations of supported
GUI values on both sides).

So if you change the value in Outlook, that gets copied and synced
back to google and OggSync remembers all the other alarms and resets
them as well with the update.
