Ok.  I think I can reproduce it locally now.  I added <trust
level="Medium" originUrl=".*"/> in my web app's web.config to similar
a medium trust environment that's configured on my web host.  I can
reproduce the same problem in ASP.NET Development Server now.

I basically just have code that calls the client library to retrieve a
feed.  Nothing special I don't think.
