finally i got the solution
all things are right but i got the exception "The remote name can not
resolved" .. which is bcoz of the proxy setting in the web.config file
actually i m working in LAN and have proxy server.. that is y i got
the exception
solutin :
IN web.config add
<system.net>
<defaultProxy>
<proxy proxyaddress="http://IP:8080"; autoDetect ="True"
bypassonlocal ="True"/>
</defaultProxy>
</system.net>
