Hi Eric,

I haven't been able to recreate this issue.  When I use the same query
URL I am getting both startTime and endTime attributes in all the
where fields.  Can you provide some more details about the events that
are causing a problem?  The recurrence string used to create the
events might help me recreate the problem.
