What does everyone think would be the best way to achieve this goal... A group of people would like to schedule appointments at several location with one person. Not like a Doctor or Dentist, imagine a traveling salesman.
Each person who would like to see the salesman would email him with a date, time and location request. If the request can be covered by the salesman he could add it to his calendar.
