No problem.  I figured it out by reading the Java/.Net examples and
the documentation about the different 'feeds'.  I think it would
really help (and save devs some time) if there was an example that
explained how to update a non-default calendar.  Btw, was there any
reason for the schema name of 'AlternateLink'?  Not to be critical,
but it doesn't seem overly intuitive, but I'm probably missing the
background. ;)
