Hi Alexandar,

You can take advantage of the "Search Public Calendars" feature from
Google Calendar to find calendars that contain holiday events for a
particular country.  You may do a search for "France holiday", you
will find a public calendar populated with holiday events for France.
After you add this calendar to your calendar account, you will be able
to retrieve its calendar ID, and retrieve its feed using a feed like
this, http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/[ID]/public/full

You can find this search feature at the top of your Google Calendar
UI.
