What language? There is a .NET sample, called insert in the samples  
directory, that, if you compile it to a cmd line app, you can use like  
this:


(mono) insertsample.exe http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/default  
<user> <pwd>

which will create a test appointment with me in your account. Now, i  
won't show though :)
