Hi, This seems to be more of a Web Logic Server configuration question. The link you provided is the guide to how to register your apps for secure AuthSub (all request are signed with certificate). But this is totally optionally whether a developer choose to go with secure or unsecure AuthSub. It does appear that Web Logic Server might have imposed something like this in their deployment, I am not entirely sure. One suggestion that I can make is perhaps try to use ClientLogin as the authentication process in place of AuthSub -
