Hi,

There is not a definite fixed number of operations that determines how the
quota limitation is triggered. There are other factors such as the time gap
between these operations. 15-20 calendars creation a day seems to be a
reasonable estimation to stay under the limit. The quota system is in place
to guard against abuses, we try out best to make sure that "most" of the
normal use cases of the API would not hit this limitation. If your system
happens to hit it, feel free to contact us directly we can look at
individual cases.

Thanks,
Austin
