I hate to ask, but I've been looking everywhere:
I'm helping a professor set up embedded Google Calendars in his class
webpages, and he'd like to be embedding downloadable Powerpoint files
into events. Since this isn't offered through Google Calendar itself,
has anybody already created a Greasemonkey script/Firefox extention/
etc. that allows someone to "add a file" to an event that might, for
example, automatically upload the file via FTP to one's webspace (with
a one-time set up) and add a link within the event description to
download the file? With what's available of the API, is that even
possible?

Obviously, one could add an HTML link to a file that they already
uploaded via an outside FTP manager, but as far as I'm aware, the
professor isn't very familiar with HTML, so while that might be
inconvenient but doable for me, it could be a headache for him, since
he'd be doing so fairly frequently. If anyone has any information,
thanks in advance!

Eric
