Hi,

The only visual representation for a calendar outside of Google Calendar is
the Embeddable Calendar but that's read-only and embedded using iframe, so I
don't think that would help you with your Java project.  I haven't heard of
any third-party calendar UI container written in Java that pulled data using
the API, but I know that it would be really interesting and useful to have
something like that, perhaps some of you can start a open source project to
build one :).
