I think yes, you can, as long as you have write permissions to that calendar, you have to specify the calendar that you want to query, add, edit, delete events on, you can see the calendar id from the Web UI, go to settings, "Calendars" tab, then on the "Calendar Address" section the "Calendar ID:"
