Hi all.
I am working on an application which is required to do constant polling (every 15 minutes) of the Google calendar server to fetch the latest calendars for the applications users. I would like to know following: - Will there be any non-technical issue with a large number of requests hitting the Google Calendar server i.e. is there any upper limit on the no. of requests per application? - If people have worked on similar problems before, then what solutions have been used? Can it be done by using a Java scheduler and with Java client library or some other way? I am developing this application in Java. Any help will be much appreciated. Cheers.
