Normally you would append this element to the event entry to enable
notification

<gCal:sendEventNotifications value="true"/>

But in the case of deletion, this does not work because the DELETE request
is sent without HTTP.  Therefore unfortunately event delete notification is
currently not supported via the API, feel free to file this as a feature
issue -
