Hi,

I cannot duplicate this problem.  When you create an event using the web UI,
it automatically pull in your default reminder setting (which might include
an alert reminder), if you explicitly remove that reminder then your data
feed from the API would not have any reminder but you must do this
explicitly on the UI.
