We are experiencing unexpected problems. Our institution is using Google API to populate data in student calendars with their timetables. We have successfully managed (or thought so!) to get everything working: Creating Accounts, Calendars, and entries through the API. We have been testing this for a month now, with successful creation/deletion of about 1 000 000 entries a day.
But from this week (14 of July) all of a sudden we started getting persistent "HTTP request failed, transfer timeout" errors ALL THE TIME upon sending HTTP requests to Google API. This seem to happen for 50 -60% of cases of trying to create an account or calendar or entry through the Google API. There has been NO changes whatsoever on our side, we haven’t changed ANYTHING but it seem one day "HTTP request failed, transfer timeout” just appeared. We have been never getting this error before. This is extremely worrying - we are not able to do anything as HTTP requests seem to be failing. Help!!!! Does anyone else experience persistent "HTTP request failed, transfer timeout" errors when sending HTTP requests through Google API? Has been any changes made in Google itself that could cause this?????? What are we to do????????????? --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Calendar Data API" group.
