Hi,
The KEY is supposed to the developer key.  But this requirement has been
removed, now you can script include the JavaScript library without the key,
like this -

<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://www.google.com/jsapi<http://www.google.com/jsapi?key=YOUR_KEY_HERE>
"></script>
