You could always use the output from the Unix 'cal' program along with some regex to "HTMLify" the output to create one. I'm sure there's a few libraries out there that will at least simplify creating one from scratch, but the choices depend on what language your using. You might also want to look at the source to Austin's CalVis program for some ideas: http://code.google.com/p/calvis/ However, either way, there's going to be some work involved.
