HI Ducks,
Sorry for the delay in replying.

Right now, the JavaScript client library doesn't support the use of
ClientAuth outside of a few special situations (OpenSocial Gadgets,
for example). Specifically, anything that would violate the
same-origin policy isn't supported when using ClientAuth.

For general use, right now AuthSub is the only option.
