That makes no sense. then why the ability to have an "available" status for an appointment indicated as "Show as Available" How do you display an "Available" appointment.. >> you are free at all times when you aren't busy. << This would be a free for all. I want to schedule appointments at 10AM 12PM and 3PM and show all that are available (unscheduled) - and those scheduled as "busy" Isn't that the purpose of the calendar? i have these specific slots to fill (shown as "available") - these are already filled (shown as "busy") On Oct 1, 2:03 pm, "Ray Baxter" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > The available times are the times when you are not busy. > > You are available when 1) you don't have an appointment or 2) when you > have an appointment, but you have ticked "Show me as available" > > Ray > > On Wed, Oct 1, 2008 at 1:15 PM, sadasiva <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > I select the "share calendar" option and the "only share busy/ > > available" information - yet when viewed all that shows are the "busy" > > times.. not the available ones. > > > I have set appointment times entered as Mon-Friday Repeat" > > appointments and just insert those scheduled. > > > What is the setting from inside the calendar, when i make the > > appointment. > > > thanks, > > Sam --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Calendar Data API" group.
