I have a PHP script which very nicely inserts events in my Gcalendar.
But sometimes the timezone / times are wrong, so I think I have to
pass a timezone variable. But when i insert this line

<gCal:timezone value=\"Europe/Copenhagen\" />

in the xml below (after </author>) it doesnt work anymore:
<entry xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom' xmlns:gd='http://
schemas.google.com/g/2005'>
        <category scheme='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#kind'
term='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event'></category>
        <title type='text'>test</title>
        <content type='text'>test</content>
        <author>
          <name>[EMAIL PROTECTED]</name>
          <email>[EMAIL PROTECTED]</email>
        </author>

        <gd:transparency
          value='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event.opaque'>
        </gd:transparency>
        <gd:eventStatus
          value='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event.confirmed'>
        </gd:eventStatus>
        <gd:where valueString='test'></gd:where>
        <gd:when startTime='2008-09-01T11:01:00.000Z'
          endTime='2008-09-01T12:01:00.000Z'></gd:when>
      </entry>

where should it be?
