As mentioned in the comments Interfaces IExtensionElement and
IExtensionElementFactory have been clubbed together, and interface
IExtensionElement does not exist. But the projects referring Google
core still have refererences to interface IExtensionElement, thus
gives compilation errors in those referring projects.
