I have been pretty much excited since the day Google Calendar
supported CalDav.
Things seems quite well integrated with iCal except one thing that I
can't bring all my calendars in Google Calendar into calendar group(s)
of iCal.
I want them to be organized using "calendar group" feature. I'm one of
the biggest fan of Google Calendar but this is also torturing me. I
have more than 10 calendars in Google Calendar, and I have to click
all the checkboxes every time I need to focus or something.

I suppose it's because every single calendar in Google Calendar has
unique ID and there's no address for enclosing calendar(s), or iCal
doesn't support enough functions to do that.

So, like the title of this post above,
is there any way to use "calendar group" feature in iCal?

Plus, thinking of it, why doesn't Google Calendar too have
hierarchical structure among single calendars?
