We don't have any mechanism to import an RSS feed, but you could write
your own tool that converts from RSS to the format required by the
Calendar Data API, and upload those.
Alternatively, you could create a tool to convert from RSS to
iCalendar, which we can import directly. There are a few premade tools
out there, none of which I have any experience with.
