You can actually create a reminder with 0 minutes through UI. So the same 
should be applicable through API as well. Recently. Frank checked in the 
changes and removed the check which restricts 0 minutes.

The UI change has not been documented and never intimated even to API team. 
Strange.

I should also add that even though the update operation fails with an
HTTP 400, the event is apparently updated and the reminder is deleted.
Obviously that's a problem too. I eagerly await your reply. :-)
