Ok, this is what i plan to do, to send the event to gcal.

<?php

$username='[email protected]';
$password='gpass';

$url=urlencode("http://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/[email protected]/
private-000xxx000/basic");

$message = '<content type="html">Tennis with John April 11 3pm-3:30pm</
content><gCal:quickadd value="true"/>';

$curl_handle = curl_init();
curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_URL, "$url");
curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT, 2);
curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, "$message");
curl_setopt($curl_handle, CURLOPT_USERPWD, "$username:$password");
$response = curl_exec($curl_handle);
curl_close($curl_handle);

if (empty($response))
        return false;
else return true;

?>

The trouble is, I don't know if the url is correct, and I don't know
which fields I should post to. $message can't be posted like that, and
I don't know how to do it correctly. Please help.
