I can't get the showDeleted parameter to work. I'm fetching the full
projection and including "&showDeleted=false" in the URL string, but
I'm still getting canceled events in the returned feed. It's late, so
I'm probably missing something obvious but I can't see what it is. Any
help would be appreciated.
