We are using the Zend library (1.7.6) to query a school's Google
calendar and display the events on the school's site. This has been
working fine, but we've run into a problem that I can't quite figure
out:

The school admins added two events for a performance of Les Miserables
on March 27 and March 28. They mistakenly set the March 27 event to
repeat from March 26 through March 28, so there was some
duplication.

The events actually appeared in the calendar correctly, and in the
feed returned by the Zend query. But along with them, about 30
duplicate phantom "Les Miserables" events are returned in the feed for
the 26th, 1 such phantom event for the 27th, and about 15 such phantom
events for the 28th.

Now, for debugging purposes I deleted all the original Les Miserables
events, and the "main" events now don't show up in the feed anymore
(as the case should be). However, these phantom events do still show
up.

If I set $query->setSingleEvents(true), these phantom events
disappear. However, we do need to show each instance of a recurring
event in the feed.

I read a thread or two about $query->showdeleted, but this doesn't
appear to be a valid property of an event in Zend. Furthermore, since
the original (now deleted) events don't show up, it appears that the
default setting of not showing deleted events is working correctly.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Aaron
